today I woke up at 05.30am ..
after that I was praying, and I go shower, then I'm getting ready to karate
at 8.00am I went to the place of karate training with my friends using the motorcycles, we practice about two hours, or about ten o'clock we had finished training.
after that we come home each and return to meet again at two o'clock to watch a karate match in huddam ..
the game started at 2.30pm and finished at 5.00pm ..
finished the game I would come home and got home at 5.30pm ..
q's activities today, tiring but very enjoyable:)
